Bougainvillea Inca Gold – 85mm

Bougainvillea Inca Gold is marketed by the Colourstream™ group. It is adorned with masses of brilliant golden-yellow coloured bracts throughout the year. The bracts take on an apricot hue during the cooler months. It is a medium grower with gracefully arching branches. Inca Gold is a sport of Barbara Karst. 

Bougainvillea are long flowering and can be adapted for a wide variety of landscaping uses. Some of these uses include topiary, hedging, hanging baskets, arbours and arches. Today’s Bougainvillea have a great range in growth habit and height. There are dwarf varieties that grow to only a metre, compact medium growers and some such as White Cascade that offer a beautiful cascading habit. Bougainvillea prefer a well drained soil and sunny position. The range of colours offer limitless combinations and a palette to choose from that would satisfy any landscape design.

Don’t tease or disturb roots but rather water the pot well, gently invert and tap pot on the side of a hard surface so it slides out. Our recommendation is to plant our beautifully-grown Bougainvillea into a larger pot rather than directly into the ground
