Rumohra Adiantiformis is quite a mouthful so this textured beauty is better known as Leather Leaf Fern. Bet you can’t guess why!

This beautiful fern has flat, glossy pinnate leaves that are – wait for it – leathery in texture.

Popped in several pots along a table these leather leaf ferns create a wall of texture in your home. They also look pretty good in hanging baskets.

• What to use me for: I’m a bright pop of an indoor plant and great fresh ground cover in a shady border. Hanging baskets are good too, I’m not afraid of heights.

• I grow to: I can reach about 190cms in unrestricted soil and stretch 100cms in width

• Where to place me: I like shade and dappled shade outside and a bright spot out of direct burning light indoor.

• How far to space me:  Give me 75cms of elbow space

• Soil Conditions: I need a well-drained potting mix or well-drained soil. It’s all about the well-drained.
